Pittsburgh Public Theater offers a variety of free lectures and events geared to illuminate your theater experience: Public Exposure, Mondays with The Public, Post-Show Talkbacks, and Free City performances.
Post-Show Talkbacks
Join us for this series of audience talkbacks with cast members, directors and special guests. Discussion sessions begin immediately following specified performances. Please note: This series can be purchased as a subscription by calling the Box Office at 412.316.1600. When ordering, ask for the Sunday Forum Series.

Free City
The Public offers free performances for members of the community not traditionally served through regular programming. At these events, senior citizens, visually impaired, disabled, and economically disadvantaged residents of Pittsburgh are invited to attend performances free of charge. The theater provides special pre-show workshops for the visually impaired.
Public Exposure
Public Exposure is your chance to hear new play readings of the newest, freshest plays in America for the first time anywhere.
Public Exposure is held in the O'Reilly Theater and is free and open to the public. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling the Box Office at 412.316.1600.
Mondays with The Public
Mondays with The Public is a series of lectures and discussions presented in conjunction with The Public's mainstage productions.
Mondays with The Public is held at 7:00 p.m. in the O'Reilly Theater's Helen Wayne Rauh Rehearsal Hall and is free and open to the public. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling the Box Office at 412.316.1600.
