Ticket Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on non-subscription tickets. Subscribers can exchange their tickets — in person, by phone or by mail — up to one hour before the scheduled performance for tickets for the same show.

Lost Tickets
If you've lost your tickets, simply call the Box Office at 412.316.1600 and, whether you are a season subscriber or a single ticket holder, we will print your tickets at no extra charge.
Tax Deduction for Unused Tickets
If you are unable to attend a performance, call the Box Office at 412.316.1600 as late as curtain time to donate your tickets. Your generosity will be acknowledged with a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution.
Latecomer Seating Policy
Latecomers will be seated in the upper level and may take their regular seats after intermission. Patrons leaving their seats during a performance can be reseated at intermission or may view the remainder of the performance on the lobby monitors.
Emergency Phone Number
This number (412.316.8222) may be used to reach theater patrons quickly. Please register your name and seat location with the House Manager if you expect to be contacted. This phone number will be answered one hour prior to every performance until final curtain.
Children Attending Performances
Unless otherwise noted, children under the age of seven will not be admitted.
Hearing Assistance
Infrared listening devices may be obtained from the House Manager at no cost. These are available on a limited basis.
Wheelchair Access
The O'Reilly is fully accessible with a limited number of wheelchair seating locations. Please reserve in advance through the Box Office. Staff members are also available for personal assistance.
Cameras, Cellular Phones and Recording Equipment
The use of photographic/recording devices, pagers and cellular phones is not permitted in the theater. We ask that you turn off your pagers and cell phones once you enter the theater.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the theater in compliance with the Smoking Pollution Control Ordinance of the City of Pittsburgh.
Etiquette
As a courtesy to the actors and fellow patrons, please refrain from talking, taking photographs, unwrapping candy or creating other distractions during the performance.
Lost & Found
To check for lost items, please call the Box Office at 412.316.1600. Items will be held for 30 days.
