Flex Plans – Gold & Silver
Flex Plans are the easiest, most flexible way to enjoy The Public. Each Flex Plan voucher is redeemable for one ticket to any season production. You may use your vouchers in any combination: all six for one show, one each for six shows or anything in between.
Gold Flex Plan $309
Six vouchers redeemable for six tickets to any performances. Vouchers redeemable in any combination.
Silver Flex Plan $258
Six vouchers redeemable for six tickets to all shows except Friday and Saturday evenings. Redeemable in any combination. Silver Flex plan tickets may be used for Friday or Saturday evenings for an upgrade fee of $8.50 - $9.50 per ticket. Please note: Flex Plans are not redeemable for The Second City's Three Rivers Runs Through It.
How the Flex Plan Works
- Each Flex Plan contains six show vouchers
- Each show voucher is redeemable for a ticket to any season production.
- Show vouchers are redeemable in any combination that works for you (for example, use one at a time or use all for one show)
- Show vouchers are redeemable by mail, in person at the Box Office or by phone (some restrictions apply).
- Show vouchers do not guarantee specific seats, so you can check out the shows from different vantage points throughout the season. Make sure to redeem your tickets early to get the best seat selection.
* Please note: Flex Plan tickets are not redeemable for Bonus Shows. There are no refunds for unused Flex Plan vouchers; you may, however, receive a tax credit on any unused vouchers.
Redeeming Flex Plan Vouchers
Each voucher is redeemable for one ticket to any production of the season (except Bonus Shows) for which you purchased your Flex Plan. (Please note: Flex Plan vouchers are valid only for the season in which they were purchased.)
Redeem by Mail
Include: One voucher for each ticket being requested; your requested performance date and time; and your address and daytime telephone number. Mail to:

If your vouchers arrive at The Public less than one week ahead of your requested performance date, your tickets will be held at the Box Office for pick up the day of the performance.
Redeem in Person
Redeem your vouchers at the O'Reilly Theater Box Office during regular business hours.
Redeem by Phone
Reserve your tickets in advance (recommended) by calling the Box Office at 412.316.1600 during regular business hours. If your schedule does not allow for pre-planned reservations, call as late as the day of the performance you wish to attend, or simply show up at the performance of your choice and redeem your vouchers as late as curtain time. Seating is subject to availability.
