Corporate giving is a crucial area of support, with gifts providing 20 percent of The Public's Annual Fund revenue.
In recognition of this critical funding, The Public has introduced a new corporate benefits program that more completely addresses the business community's needs for recognition, customer entertainment and employee networking opportunities. Learn more about our Corporate Benefits.
Pittsburgh Public Theater is approved as an educational improvement organization under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program for Fiscal Year 2006-07. As a result of this tax credit opportunity, your company could earn significant tax credits by contributing to one of these three Pittsburgh Public Theater programs:
- The Shakespeare Monologue & scene Contest,
- Creative Dramatics and
- Open Stage Student Matinees.

Corporate Benefits & Recognition

Corporate donors of $1000 or more receive a variety of benefits. Varying by giving level, these benefits may include the following:
- Invitations to attend special events, including the Corporate Recognition Evening Dinner and Performance, backstage tours and private receptions
- VIP tickets to shows and a private reception
- Logo and/or name recognition on lobby kiosk, street-front display, and internal and external publications
- Cross-promotional opportunities
- Advertisement and feature in performance program and corporate Web site link from The Public's home page
