Pittsburgh Public Theater wants to give you a gift on your birthday! Join our Birthday Club and we'll give you a $25 gift certificate good towards the purchase of single tickets at Pittsburgh Public Theater.

To sign up, complete and submit the form below. You will receive your $25 gift certificate via standard mail at the beginning of the month in which you were born (i.e., if your birthday is November 27th, you will receive your gift certificate in early November).
